Can you hold a place before I apply?
Unfortunately, no, all rentals are shown to prospective tenants until we have an approved application and signed a lease. You will be told if we have a current application on a rental, so don't apply without checking with us as application fees are non-refundable. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
The security deposit is due and paid within 48 hours of signing the lease. The first month's rent is due prior to move-in. In most cases, we do not collect last month's rent. -
Who has to apply?
Anybody who will be living in the unit who is 18 or older must fill out an application. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, security deposit dispositions are sent out within 60 days of the lease end. -
Who needs a co-signer?
Unfortunately, we do not work with co-signers. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Go to the property you are interested in renting on the Rental page. Your application will automatically be attached to the property you choose. -
How do I pay rent?
Most tenants pay automatically online, but you can pay by check at the office. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Contact your property manager. If it is a pet-friendly property, the property manager will go over the pet policy with you. Pets under one year are generally not allowed. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
The current lease would be terminated and a new one created. Rental qualifications would be reviewed at the time of the new lease. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
The lease requires a 30-day notice, simply notify us via your portal or an email that you will be moving. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The owner is responsible for most repairs as they are often wear and tear. The tenant would be responsible for any repair caused by accidental or intentional damage
